Management Services

  • Taking care of performance deals. CJC Agency will arrange all performances; negotiate the contracts, financial requirements and payment methods. This includes licenses, invoices for the venues and all legal aspects required for artists to perform.
  • Setting schedules & organizing seasonal and annual events calendar. CJC Agency will liaise with artists, venues, promoters and festival organizers. Seasonal planning is important especially when promoting new artists, albums or festival tours. CJC Agency will confirm performances with artists and venues; ensuring both parties follows correct timings including performance intervals.
  • Increasing your business & bookings. CJC Agency will sign contracts with the top local venues as the official stage management, cementing the authority to book artists of our choice to perform at these venues. CJC Agency has the ear and knowledge to constantly update venues with artist’s demos and affiliate with organizers abroad to ensure venues a wide variety of talented local and international artists and shows. This will ensure your audiences and loyal clients are satisfied with the impressive lineup.
  • CJC Agency will tailor artists to suit the venues and vice versa. Whether cover bands, artists with original music it’s our aim to cater to the venues and artists needs and requirements. On special occasions the CJC Agency will ensure the right match is chosen to suit the events theme and purpose.
  • CJC Agency will ensure the logistics and operations of the venues are covered. With the assistance of our expert sound engineer your venue will possess the best quality stage, lighting and obtain all technical riders and equipment to suit the artist’s requirements.
  • CJC Agency has the know-how to tailor business and booking approaches for to best suit the artist and venue requirements. From solo artists, cover groups or groups with original music, the CJC Agency will select accordingly. In case of cover artists, suggestions will be given based on experience, audience opinions and new trends that suit the band direction. For original artists more lenience will be put towards promoting the artists music abroad especially in festivals.
  • Organizing rehearsal venues & times for artists. CJC Agency will provide competitive prices for more than one rehearsal room saving you research time and money.
  • Transportation & Accommodation for events held outside of Cairo. CJC Agency aim is to promote local artists more internationally and to fully arrange any trips abroad. CJC Agency will organize the invitation letters, embassy appointments, flight bookings, travel visas, pickups, hotel bookings and specific requirements of all artists traveling abroad.  A member from the CJC Agency team will accompany the visiting artists on their performance trip to ensure all the logistics, legalities and agreements are abided by.

Marketing Services

  • In order to promote you to the fullest potential both locally and internationally, CJC Agency will create a professional up to date portfolio containing past and present audio and visual highlights and information about the artists.
  • CJC Agency will arrange professional photo sessions for the artists.
  • CJC Agency will arrange audio and video recordings of live performances to be used as the artist’s demo. These demos will be downloadable and used to promote the artists locally and internationally.
  • For original bands/ artists the CJC Agency will assist in recording a professional album for the group. The distribution of the album will also fall under CJC Agency control, ensuring all the key venues and stores are stocked with the album and aware of your talents. Signing sessions will also be arranged at important venues such as Virgin Megastore and Cairo Jazz Club.
  • CJC Agency will write and constantly update the artists biography to be used in the portfolio, online (MySpace, FB,) and when promoting the artists internationally and through the media.
  • CJC Agency will increase your amount of online recognition and marketing by taking control of your MySpace, Facebook and website. We will constantly update and improve the contents.
  • All signed artists will be allocated a page on the CJC Agency website which will link to MySpace and Facebook groups.
  • CJC Agency has connections with venues outside of Egypt (Jordan, Kuwait, Emirates and Lebanon), therefore will market and promote all signed artists to perform at these venues.
  • International publications and tourist guides, online networking with the link of your groups established online presence to websites abroad. Also CJC Agency will work closely to promote you through festival networks with the aim of getting performances.
  • CJC Agency will have a yearly presence at the WOMEX conference/ world music trade fair starting from 2010. WOMEX is the most important and influential annual music event and is integral to further promote Cairo Jazz Club Agency and its signed artists internationally.
  • CJC Agency will market all signed artists with outlet & venue branding at Cairo Jazz Club and other venues that fall under CJC Agency management.
